My goal for last year was to run 1000 miles for 2019. Strava had me 862.7 miles for 2019. I was a little bummed at the end of the year, but then I remembered, how many runs I did with out my recording my runs. So, I’m calling it complete. I am sure that I did more than 128 miles with out recording it. Why? Because, I love to run.
So, I am moving forward to my 2020 goal of 30 miles per week. From March 6 – the end of November I plan to run 30 miles per week. I am not sure how many miles this is in total, but f… it, lets do it.
